After an exhausting day of celebration, the easiest and most comfortable option for the accommodation is the Hotel that belongs to the group. You can go there from the venue after a short walk. Address and Web-Site is:

To make the reservations you have two options:

1. Call directly to the hotel: You shall specify that you are coming to the Wedding of Maria and Carlos to ensure that you receive the discount. The hotel will take note of zour telephone No. And Credit Card Number (but this is free of charge by now!)
2. Sending an email to: recepcion@hotelfcvillalba.com In this way you have to specify the discount CODE.

•  Discount CODE for the night of 10th to 11th October is LOCALIZADOR: 26807
• Discount CODE for the night of 11th to 12th October (the night of the wedding) is LOCALIZADOR: 26758

Please make sure you do the reservations as soon as possible. You can cancel them up to 48 hours prior to the wedding! But if you do not do it soon we cannot ensure that the hotel could keep this blocked for a long time…

How to arrive to the venue!

As mentioned within the invitation, the wedding will take place in “El Cortijo el Gallinero”. We will celebrate all events in the same place; ceremony, dinner and Party! Hence, nobody get lost.

El Cortijo El Gallinero belongs to El Gallinero group, which also owns a Restaurant and Hotel, with a total of three buildings.

In order to get the venue, best is to follow the indications to the Hotel:

In the way to there you will pass close to el Gallinero Restaurant, do not stop there! You shall continue up to the round-about, take the fourth exit (opposite direction then) and arrive to the Hotel.

You can decide, either, to park in the Hotel or directly in the venue (and then walk around 650 meters, it is up to you). And this is it! Easy piece isn’t it?

The wedding is in VILLALBA, you have several ways of coming:

1-      C10 Line: To Villalba.

2-      C8 Line: Direction to Cercedilla o El Escorial

3-      C3 Line: Direction to El Escorial

Once you arrive to Villalba Train Station, the easiest way to go to the venue is by Taxi. Taxis are as per picture below (next to the main exit):

Como habréis deducido ya, el hotel más cómodo para quedarse después de todo un día de celebración es el propio hotel del grupo. Hasta él podréis llegar andando desde el cortijo, como os comentamos en la anterior entrada. Os ponemos de nuevo la dirección y la página web:

Para reservar las habitaciones tenéis dos posibilidades:

1. Llamar directamente al hotel: Tenéis que decir que venís a nuestra boda y así os aplicarán el descuento. Sólo os pedirán un teléfono de contacto y el número de vuestra tarjeta. No tendréis que pagar nada aún!
2. A través del correo electrónico: recepcion@hotelfcvillalba.com En este caso tendríais que poner el número de localizador:

• Reserva para la noche del 10 octubre. LOCALIZADOR: 26807
• Reserva para la noche del 11 octubre (noche de la boda). LOCALIZADOR: 26758

La reserva para la noche anterior de la boda está pensada para aquellos que vivís un poco lejos y como la boda es al día siguiente por la mañana, para que lleguéis con más calma.

Para intentar que nadie se quedase sin habitación, hemos hecho un bloqueo de las mismas, es decir, no las venden al público, están solo para nosotros! Pero claro, este bloqueo se mantendrá en función del número de reservas que vayáis realizando, por lo que cuanto antes las hagáis, mejor. Las habitaciones tienen cancelación gratuita hasta 48 horas antes del día de llegada.

Como ya habéis visto en las invitaciones, la boda tendrá lugar en el Cortijo el Gallinero. Aquí se celebrará TODO: ceremonia, comida y fiesta. ¡Así no se nos despista nadie! 

El Cortijo El Gallinero pertenece al Grupo el Gallinero, que tiene además un restaurante y un hotel, es decir, en total, tres instalaciones.

Para llegar al Cortijo lo más adecuado es seguir las indicaciones hasta el hotel del grupo:

Todos pasaréis por el Restaurante el Gallinero, ¡no os detengáis que ahí no es! Continuad hasta la rotonda del tanatorio, haced un cambio de sentido y llegad hasta el hotel.

Podréis elegir entre aparcar el coche en el Hotel (si os hospedáis allí) y caminar 650 metros hasta “El Cortijo”, o bien aparcar directamente en la finca en la que hay habilitado un parking. ¡Y ya está! ¿Fácil no?

Una vez estéis en la estación de Villalba, lo más cómodo es coger un taxi (sobre todo si ya vais con el moño puesto!). Los taxis los encontrareis saliendo por la puerta principal:
